• You will be sent an email containing a voucher code to use on our website
• The code can be entered in the ‘coupon’ box at the checkout to redeem
• PLEASE ensure your email address is correct when checking out
• Please note, there will be no physical vouchers posted out to you
• These vouchers are for online use ONLY and can not be redeemed in our physical Manchester stores
• The full voucher amount related to each online code must be redeemed in one transaction. Balance can not be carried over.
• As we are a small team, our vouchers are put together by a member of staff and sent out manually. Please allow up to 48 hours for your voucher to be emailed across to you. We will aim to do it asap but if you need it on a tight deadline, please drop us an email and we will do our best to meet your request!
